Crostini With Watermelon, Ricotta And Mint

Being a guest somewhere is not particularly easy to maintain the mission to create and photographing the crostini. But anything is possible if the refrigerator to find a watermelon and ricotta, and walking across the garden to break a little mint.

  • a few slices watermelon
  • a little ricotta
  • several fresh mint leaves


  1. Actually the recipe is simple as ever. Fry several pieces of baguette, put on a bit of ricotta, a couple of slices of watermelon and tear some mint leaves. Done! =)
