Crostini with mushrooms, garlic and fresh herbs – it is very simple, fast and delicious! A great appetizer! Slices of baguette or ciabatta should be normally smeared with olive oil and fried, and you can rub in the garlic or don’t do that. This is optional.

- 5-10 medium mushrooms
- 1-2 cloves garlic
- half lemon (zest)
- basil or other fresh herbs
- First of all, cut mushrooms into slices and finely chop the garlic.
- Then fry the garlic in a small amount of butter until light blush and add mushrooms to it. Fry the mushrooms until cooked, but watch closely so that garlic does not overcook.
- Once the mixture is ready, add the lemon zest to it, mix and spread on toasted slices of bread. Done!
