Crostini With Mushrooms, Garlic And Fresh Herbs

Crostini with mushrooms, garlic and fresh herbs – it is very simple, fast and delicious! A great appetizer! Slices of baguette or ciabatta should be normally smeared with olive oil and fried, and you can rub in the garlic or don’t do that. This is optional.

  • 5-10 medium mushrooms
  • 1-2 cloves garlic
  • half lemon (zest)
  • basil or other fresh herbs
  • butter


  1. First of all, cut mushrooms into slices and finely chop the garlic.
  2. Then fry the garlic in a small amount of butter until light blush and add mushrooms to it. Fry the mushrooms until cooked, but watch closely so that garlic does not overcook.
  3. Once the mixture is ready, add the lemon zest to it, mix and spread on toasted slices of bread. Done!
