  • Serves: 3-4 Servings

  1. First of all warm up your oven to 180C (360F).
  2. Drain and rinse the beans and put them into medium frying pan with 2 tablespoons of oil. Fry them to crisp up about 2 minutes.
  3. Stir the remaining ingredients (except cheese) into the beans pan and bring to the boil.
  4. Grate over the cheese, then place in the oven for 10-15 minutes or until golden and sizzling.
